A Faith Community Nurse is the newer term for a Parish Nurse! They are licensed registered nurses in the state of North Dakota and their goal is to minister to the
physical, spiritual and emotional needs of parishioners.
Faith Community Nursing is a specialty practice of community/public health nursing.

Laura is a Faith Community Nurse. She was born and raised in Bismarck and graduated from Saint Mary’s Central High School. Laura obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Iowa as well as a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Nursing Education. She received her Faith Community Nurse Certification (FCN) through Western Kentucky University. Laura and her husband, Drew, have been married for 8 years and have 2 children: ages 5 and 10 months. The have been members at Corpus Christi since moving back to Bismarck in 2013.
Linda is our other Faith Community Nurse at Corpus Christi Church. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Mary and later received her Faith Community Nurse (FCN) Certification from Sanford Health.
Linda and her husband, Bob, have been married for 19 years and have three children; ages 11, 15 and 17. Linda and her family have been members of Corpus Christi since moving to Bismarck in 2004.
