The wedding ceremony is a sacred celebration that joins a husband and wife together to become a living witness and symbol of Christ’s love for his Church.
It is the official “beginning” to the sacramental life of a couple who willingly agrees to live with and for one another for the rest of their lives.
Schedule a Date
Couples desiring to marry should call Corpus Christi's wedding coordinator, Sarah Bengtson, at the parish office (701) 255-4600 to set a date at least 10 – 12 months prior to wedding date. Upon completion of setting the date, a meeting will be scheduled with the wedding coordinator to gather information needed to start pre-marriage preparation.
A Corpus Christi Rental Agreement for Wedding Ceremonies is created. You will complete the wedding agreement and return it to the parish office with fees/payments or pay online with a credit card to secure your wedding date at https://giving.parishsoft.com/app/giving/corp1919133. Click on choose a fund, select wedding fees and fill in the information needed on the screen.

Natural Family Planning
A message from Bishop Kagan
Out of genuine concern for the right formation of conscience and the responsibilities a couple accepts in married love, the Diocese of Bismarck now implements the following policy regarding the Catholic teachings of love and life in relation to Natural Family Planning. Effective January 1, 2016, all couples preparing for marriage within the Diocese of Bismarck shall attend a full course of instruction in a method of Natural Family Planning. The Family Life Office will provide a list of approved diocesan instructors in Natural Family Planning. This list will be available on the diocesan web site: www.bismarckdiocese.com/nfp
Instructors of Natural Family Planning will provide a Certificate of Completion for each couple who completes the full course. The couple will then, in turn, give the certificate to Deacon Lonnie Grabowska to become part of their marriage file. Attendance will also be verified on Form A for marriage.
